City Light Weeknd aways are always a Highlight.
Whether you’re new or have been with us for years, this is a great opportunity to deepen friendships, enjoy nature, and grow together in faith.

REGISTRATION COSTS

We have worked hard to keep the weekend as affordable as possible with flexibility for each booking to keep their potential costs down. Total registration costs will consist of:
Base rate + Extras + Accomodation Costs

Base Rate:

Base Rate includes morning teas on both days, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner and Sunday Lunch as well as access to all sessions and activities. This is also the day rate for anyone not staying overnight.
*Note Friday Dinner is not included as many will arrive after dinner or self cater this meal.

Adult - $105
Child - $75 (a child counts as anyone who will be eating the meals, Infants on milk/ formula/ self brought baby food etc are free)

Extras:

Breakfast can be provided (cereal, toast and juice) for $25 per person for the two mornings.
This has been kept as an extra as some families may choose to BYO breakfast food to have in their cabins/ camp setups to save a bit of money.





Accomodation Costs

  • A powered site to set up a tent/ camper-trailer with access to Ammenties

  • A powered site to set up a tent/ camper-trailer with access to Ammenties. Selecting solo campsite allows you to arrange to share a site with others.

  • 2-3 rooms depending on requirements with direct access to bathroom & Kitchenette.

  • Up to one infant/ toddler
    BYO PORTA-COT
    -Private room, likely single/ bunk beds, and potentially sharing bathroom and kitchen with others.

  • Private room, likely single/ bunk beds. and potentially sharing bathroom and kitchen with others)

  • Private Accomodation with own bathroom and kitchen and a queen bed

  • A Bed in a shared room with a couple of other lovely people.

  • Your own room, still likely bunk beds.
